Return Policy

At Retro Sweet, we take pride in delivering nostalgic joy with every order.

Because our gift boxes are hand‑packed, curated in small batches, and can contain perishable items, we’ve designed a return policy that protects product quality while still taking great care of our customers.

Candy Boxes (All Varieties)

All sales on candy boxes are final. Due to the perishable nature of candy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any candy boxes once they’ve shipped. This includes situations where candy may melt during transit or after delivery.

Exceptions for Damaged Boxes:

If your candy box arrives damaged (crushed, torn, or visibly compromised), we will gladly make it right. Please email us at orders@retrosweet.co within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the damage

We’ll review your message and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Non‑Candy Products

For all Retro Sweet merchandise and non‑perishable items (apparel, collectibles, accessories, etc.), we accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

To start a return or exchange, email orders@retrosweet.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of any damage or defect (if applicable)
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non‑candy items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
